Thomas Meier's path began at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, where he studied public and international affairs and first developed a framework for making sense of complex global systems.
That thinking took shape in practice at Pictet Group, where he worked on capital allocation and long-term strategy for private clients across a range of industries. Along the way, he came to believe that the best founders are the ones who can hold two things at once: rigorous strategic thinking and an obsession with product quality a combination he considers rare, and the one he looks for. Over the years since, Thomas has built a career investing across real estate, technology, venture capital, energy, and financial infrastructure partnering with founders and operators to sharpen their thinking, pressure-test their models, and design what it actually takes to scale.
He continues to sharpen that thinking through executive work at Kelvedon Investments, while remaining active as a private investor across the industries he has spent a career building within.
